The Lash Chapter @ Delfi Orchard

Decided to try one of the services rendered by The Lash Chapter after reading the wonderful reviews given by its customers. Booking the appointment was fuss-free via their website and it's location is also convenient to get to. I opted for the lash lift treatment and was being directed to a small room without delay. The assigned esthetician seemed to be new to the job and there was no proper explanation given during the procedure. Being a first-timer, that made me uncomfortable and I was definitely not at ease. I did ask some questions during the session but there was no reply. As the procedure required my eyes to be shut the entire time, the esthetician could have left the room halfway through the treatment without me knowing. I endured through the session nevertheless. The outcome of the lashes were also not to my expectations; the curls were touching my eyelids constantly, resulting in a bent at the lash tips. When I clarified with the esthetician, she said that for my long lashes, I should have opted for the natural curl and that I should not open my eyes wide. It was such an unpleasant experience for me; one that I wish I'll never, ever encounter again.

Visited a couple of weeks ago for a lash lift treatment (natural look). Very satisfied with how it turned out! It’s been about 2 weeks and they still look good. The consultants were very nice and accommodating. In my first visit around 1 month plus ago, my lashes weren’t in such a good condition from a previous lash lift elsewhere. They advised me to take a break first and reschedule. Thanks!!
